PETRI - Biomanufacturing Technician One-Day Training Workshops

PETRI = Pipeline for Education, Training, Resources & Innovation PROGRAMS

Programs are held on NCC campuses on a regular basis, but can also be scheduled for on-site employee training.

  • Introduction to Aseptic Processing
  • Advanced Gowning and Gloving Workshop

  • FDA Inspection Preparation

All courses are 6 hours in length. Please call for current rates; discounts available for multiple registrants from one company within a single program.

 Cleanroom for Company Programs

The PETRI Project Aseptic Processing Training area (cleanroom) was designed by an expert with decades of experience in designing and certifying controlled environments with input from local biomanufacturers. The space is fully certified and includes:

-300 square foot ISO Class 7 (formerly Class 10,000) Cleanroom with ISO Class 5 (formerly Class 100) hoods including VLF, HLF and BSC.

-340 square foot ISO Class 8 (formerly Class 100,000) gowning training and cleanroom cleaning area.

-Adjacent SMART technology classroom for full instructional flexibility.

This facility can be leased for customized company training programs run by our adjunct instructors or company trainers. Rates available for half-day or full-day usage. New employee training or incumbent worker retraining can be accomplished without disrupting schedules or compromising on-going production at your facility.

Our Instructors have extensive industry experience in aseptic environments, biomanufacturing, biopharmaceutical production or automation control.
