Time to Revisit the Basics of Leadership

A while ago we sent out a marketing postcard that stated: “Leadership is Dead!” The reverse side proclaimed “Long live leadership.”

Can you think of a better example of the need to rethink our model of leadership than the realities we are facing today? Maybe it is simply revisiting the basics? Whether it is the financial crisis, the broken health care system, shortcomings in the educational system, the “win at the expense of the loser” mindset, finger-pointing in the political system—all speak to the dramatic need for change.

NCC Coating and Ink Research Institute Receives Technology Grant

The Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania has awarded a $75,000 one-year grant to NCC’s Coating and Ink Research Institute (CIRI), which is part of the Electrotechnology Applications Center (ETAC) and is now located at the NCC Fowler Family Southside Center on East Third Street, Bethlehem.

Coating & Ink Research Institute Will Host Open House

Demonstrations of high tech printing-related test equipment imported from Testprint in the Netherlands will be among the highlights of an open house at the Coating and Ink Research Institute (CIRI) in Bethlehem on Wednesday, April 15.
