New Certificate Programs for the Learning Connection

The Leadership Development Institute is pleased to announce The Learning Connection Certificate Programs.  Developed in response to our members’ requests, the Certificates are the first professional credentials awarded to Learning Connection participants who complete the requirements detailed in the link below.

The Learning Connection Management Certificate Program is designed for individuals who want to improve their professionalism and their supervisory or managerial skills.  The content focuses on research-based, current best practices. The methods are experiential, individualized and participatory. 

The Learning Connection Administrative Professional Certificate Program is a comprehensive series of workshops administrative professionals find essential to their success.  Emphasis is placed on developing or expanding the skills required to be effective and efficient in today’s fast-paced business environment. 

The Learning Connection Customer Service Certificate Program is an exceptional opportunity for professionals seeking to expand their skills and earn credentials in this widely growing field.  The practical, highly interactive workshops focus on what extraordinary customer service is and the “best practices” in service delivery.
