New Catalogs List Resources for Employers
The Center for Business & Industry (CBI) at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem announces the availability of two new program catalogs, describing CBI’s professional development and technical training offerings. Over the past 20 years, more than 500 companies and non-profit organizations from across the country and around the world have taken advantage of the Center’s expertise in industrial trades and technologies and in leadership development for organizations of all types and sizes.
About the Industrial Trades & Technologies Program
CBI’s Industrial Trades & Technologies Program provides consulting, training plan development and customized training in computers, HVAC, welding, electronics, mechanical systems, PLC automation, microelectronics, environmental compliance, ISO 9000 and many other trades and technologies. Programs are offered on site at manufacturing facilities, in labs at the Lehigh Valley Industrial Park IV in Bethlehem, and at the corporate training center on Northampton Community College’s main campus in Bethlehem Township. In addition to detailing programs available to manufacturers, the new catalog also promotes programs and services of interest to non-manufacturing clients, including corporate and institutional safety programs and sustainability initiatives effective in health care, education and corporate settings.
