In response to client requests, the LDI has scheduled an open-enrollment offering of its successful Xploring Leadership Program beginning in the fall of this year and ending in June 2008.

Focusing on a targeted audience of senior level leaders, highlights of the program include a three-day leadership development program utilizing a well-researched leadership model, a trip to the Gettysburg Battlefield to study the leadership of the battle, individual coaching sessions and several half-day programs scheduled every 4-6 weeks from November 2007 until June 2007, on topics of specific interest to leaders.
