What's Next for the PGI Index?

It is hard for me to believe that it has been nearly a year since we unveiled the Performance Development Initiative (PDI) here at the Center for Business and Industry. Last summer we announced PDI as a new approach to serving the employers in our region – an approach that emphasizes improving performance in all important aspects of an organization.
